Little or none: The symptoms of stomach cancer and stomach ulcers can be none or very little. Maybe vomiting blood, anemia. Maybe upper abdominal vague discomfort. Maybe weight loss with cancer. Would need endoscopy & biopsy to tell the difference.

Symptoms Overlap: Ulcers are associated with acidity, pain, eating difficulty, low blood levels, weight loss sometimes. Cancers can have the similar picture but do not get better with acid-blockers. Also cancers when advanced lead to nausea, vomitting, fatigue and a more severe picture. Than ulcers.
