How often does h.ploryi cause stomach cancer when you have an ulcer? and how fast? can you have a stomach ulcer for another reason beside that bacteria or nsaid?

In the United States, gastric cancer is Rather rare. It takes many years for H pylori to cause a stomach ulcer which eventually results in gastric cancer. Most of the time, people have no symptoms from H. pylori and never develop complications of it. There can be other causes besides disinfection and NSAIDs, but they are unusual. Good luck.
