Sounds okay: It sounds like you're on track to losing weight in a gentle way with healthy food. Just keep going with what you are doing. Or do you want to lose weight faster than you have been? The more low carb vegetables you eat, the more easily you will lose weight. I recommend at least 50% of your diet be low carb vegetables if you want weight loss.

No worry--but: You have chosen an extremely difficult diet to follow. A gluten free vegan diet is low in caloric intake. Your body will eventually get to a normal weight for you, especially if you add exercise. If you feel that it is too fast for you , add some healthy fat like avocado and olive oil.
