Blowing nose: Not unless you blow off your tympanic membrane on one side (which is not very common with blowing nose).

No: The worst thing that could happen would be a traumatic perforation of the ear drum. This is very rare and usually occurs only in patients with a history of ear surgery or ear trauma in the past.
