Get Treated: No you will not go deaf due to Otitis Externa and it can cause dulled hearing We don't know what treatment you are taking if any.If not already done consult your Primary Care Doctor or an ENT Specialist and continue your treatment and follow up And don't be scared.If it is only Otitis Externa you have it is not a serious condition and will get better with treatment
