URI: Your congestion could be relieved with pseudoephedrine or oxymetozaline as decongestants. You might try nasal saline irrigation using a Neti-pot. Nasal steroid spray might also be of some benefit. Hope you are well soon. By the way, this does not sound like a condition for which you need antibiotics.
