MS is not a hereditary disorder, and unless your brother is a twin, you have an average population risk at most. Your symptoms do not suggest MS at this point, and unilateral deafness is not a presenting sign of MS. See an otolaryngologist for your ear. Accompany your brother to his neurology appointment, and make certain he is taking a high efficacy disease modifying agent, plus Vitamin D.
