Foot friendly shoes: Wear shoes that are friendly to your feet. The front of your shoe (the toe box) should be as wide as the widest part of your foot so that your toes aren't crammed together. Avoid high heels. Good luck!

No real way: Unfortunately their is no real prevention. Wearing proper fitting shoes that do not press on the toes will help.
