Bunions pain: Could be helped in many ways but the most important thing to correct the bunion it self? You could use 1-local cream(voltrane cream, cream to soften the skin over bunions).You could use brace for the bunion to relax the big toe. You could use toe spacer between the 1st and second toe, use wide shoes in the front.

Several things: Try wider shoes to take pressure off the area. Alternate ice and heat for 20min. Each. Biofreeze topical to soothe the pain.

Reduce pressure: Reducing the pressure on the bone prominence can improve symptions. For immediate relief, ice and antiinflammatories are helpful. Long term, surgical correction may be the best treatment. Talk to your foot surgeon. Dr l.

Bunion: There are topical things to try - as stated - that are really just band aids. If you can , the real treatment is to remove them. Speak to your podiatrist and chart a course together.
