Ask your dentist: To be honest with you, there are other forms of whitening that are very safe and effective without the use of a laser. Evidence based dentistry does not show lasers nor lights to significantly enhance the whitening of the gels alone. If you do not have a dentist I would look online for a reputable dentist with many favorable reviews from their patients.
