Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain: If it is a baby tooth, sometime a simple extraction will suffice. Other times, it needs a "baby root canal" and to be capped. Don't wait because the decay can progress and affect the permanent teeth underneath. Meanwhile, some baby tylenol (acetaminophen) will work until you can get him to a dentist.
