Most likely not : You can not cause recession by flossing ... At least not this fast. There is actually a helpful phenomenon that has taken place actually after flossing ur bleeding gums, and that is reduction in swelling and bleeding and puffiness of your gums. But see your dentist anyways, for better evaluation.
