Bleeding gums: The most common cause of bleeding gums is the result of poor oral hygiene. When was you last dental checkup and cleaning? And do you always brush and floss for 2 minutes after eating? Step one would be to see your dentist for an evaluation. In the early phases of gums disease (gingivitis) a good professional cleaning and followed up proper oral hygiene will remedy the situation.
