Root canal therapy: When your nerve expose or affected after the trauma, it is most likely died or become necrose! after that, an abscess will develop at the apex. Eventually, the abscess will try to drain by developing a tract to the gum surface, and this is your deep hole in the gums, which is termed fistula, or gum boil. A root canal therapy is the treatment of choice. Check with your dentist.
