Fistula, See DDS: Fistula is a sign that there is an infection and your body is draining it out. Unlike some other types of infection, a dental chronic abscess will not get better on its own. See your dentist for diagnosis, x-ray and treatment. Good luck.

Draining Abscess: Endodontic or periodontal in nature? Implants are to be placed anterior to this tooth, correct? You may be better off extracting in the long run, but discuss with your periodontist.
