More info needed: You should discuss this with your treatment provider. Perhaps it is a matter of poor cooperation. Are you wearing your elastics and appliances as prescribed? If you are, then perhaps your crossbite is of a skeletal nature, in which surgery will be required.

Don't know: Hopefully you are seeing an orthodontic specialist for your rx. If so, discuss issue w the orthodontist. If not, seek consultation w an orthodontist. In today's world 2 years should mean nearing the end of rx.
