See a doctor: What you are describing does not sound like acute gout. Chronic gout could cause these symptoms but would normally follow prior episodes of gout. You should see a doctor for a diagnosis.

See your PCP for ---: Evaluation/investigations for your numbness/painful joints, etc.. Your uric acid is well within normal range.
