The last 2 weeks the back of my right leg is numb from buttocks to behind knee, my calf is painfull , I have numb foot aswell, can't stand on tiptoes ?

A couple of things: This might be due to a peripheral neuropathy, compartment syndrome, blood clot, spinal issue or overuse. See a doctor as soon as possible since it has been going on for 2 weeks and your symptoms sound significant.
