Castleman's disease: Is what is known as a lymphoproliferative disease and not a cancer per se but can act like a lymphoma one of the symptoms of which is night sweats. It can later be associated with lymphoma and most often treated with chemotherapy. It is not a common disease. But I am sure your doctor will be going over all of this and more with you. Best of luck.
