Yes, I think so.: It should improve some once the glucose levels are controlled, the body does not need to try to solve the imbalance on its' own. Dehydration is a result of the body attempting to help itself. Between now and the time the diabetes is controlled, make efforts to drink lots of water since dehydration is dangerous.
