Gfr is a bit low. my gfr has always been in the low 60s but was at 54 when measured in june 2022. i was not dehydrated at the time of the test. i am a 49 year old female with perfect blood pressure and no diabetes. should i worry? what should i do?

You can have another non-fasting basic metabolic panel done and if the estimated GFR remains below 60 cc/min/1.73 m2, a preliminary renal work up should be done. An eGFR of less than 60 cc/min/1.73 m2 is definitely abnormal for a 49 year old person.
