Help i have a sore throat, swollen glands, ulcers all over my gums throat and tongue please help?

Ear pain tired: It sounds like you have an ear or sinus infection or if the throat is very swollen on one side you might have a peritonsillar abscess. If you have a fever and /or difficulty swallowing see a doctor right away. This could also be seasonal allergies and and over the counter allergy/sinus medicine might help. Stuffed up sinuses make it hard to sleep thus accounting for your fatigue.
