Get it treated: See a podiatrist or surgeon. You need antibiotics and removal of the ingrown nail from the infected area. This will not get better without appropriate treatment.

Get to a : Podiatrist you need the ingrown toenail removed and possibly to be on antibiotics. A baseline xray may be in order as well.
