What to do if i'm told that i have bad morning breath. is it caused by snoring, or just due to sleeping late?

Sleep Study: You should get a sleep study done either at a sleep study center(best) or have your doctor order at home sleep study (as long as it has some form of positional monitoring) to get an accurate diagnosis first. Bad morning breath can have many causes that most dentists can help you with but severe snoring can mean sleep apnea and should be evaluated first.

See a dentist: In the majority of cases, the cause of bad breath, or halitosis, is the product of bacteria in the mouth and gum disease. The proper diagnosis is the key to a successful treatment. See your dentist for Halimeter test, diagnosis and bad breath treatment that depends on its cause. Good luck.
