8-12 weeks: The healing time for this fracture is around 8-12 weeks unless there are complication, I am sorry i could not se the x-ray.

6-8 wks.: Orif of lateral malleolus in your age group generally results in healing of the bone around 8 wks.Generally, weight -bearing is allowed in a boot or wt.-bearing cast @6 wks.Best of luck.(could not see x-rays).
