Diagnosed with a displaced bi lateral malleolus fracture. i am currently wearing a fracture boot and doing rice treatment. however, due to being uninsured and without a job i cannot afford surgery. what happens and what do i do with no surgery?

A displaced bimaleolar fracture is quite unlikely to heal well on its own, chronic problems like non-union, arthritis etc. will follow.
