Not normal but...: While not exactly "normal", it's not that unusual. Most women miss a period from time to time; stress ; malnutrition can cause this. Exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress.Please stop smoking asap- that contributes to poor health. Try to eat better but also take a good multivitamin.Herbs like rhodiola ; ashwagandha can reduce stress ; balance hormones.You body is saying need to change!
