No, don't think so.: There are two different sample packs-- one with just the 10's and 20's, and the other with the 10, 20, and 40mg tabs. My office has both. Lots of people do have trouble getting to the 40 mg because of the frequency of side effects, especially nausea. The company is trying to make it easier for people to get started on it, and this way i can give extra samples of the lower doses. Hope it's helping!
