?????: So you and your psychiatrist plan to cross-taper you from citalopram to Viibryd (vilazodone hydrochloride) (BTW, I commend you for knowing how to spell it), but (s)he didn't give you verbal or written instructions on how to go about it? I mean, that's what cross-tapering MEANS. I always write it out for my patients as clearly as I can. It's your MD's ethical obligation to give you unambiguous instructions on how to do it.
