Drug interactions: All drugs are monitored for safety. Side effects, drug interactions are sent to fda to document frequency and severity of them. It is well known that any antidepressant (ssri or snri) may cause serotonin syndrome (ss) if combined with other agents of similar type, or blockers of their metabolic pathways. Therefore, as per your report, combining Luvox and viibryd, (vilazodone hydrochloride) will increase risk of ss.

Viibryd: I know of one case study of a woman who developed Serotonin Syndrome. "Serotonin Syndrome With Standard-Dose Vilazodone (Viibryd®) Monotherapy" REF: https://www.journalmc.org/index.php/JMC/article/view/1956/1327. There is still a 40 MG tablet as I write this.
