Can 20 mg lexapro/60 cymbalta/40 viibryd (vilazodone hydrochloride) be too much serotonin ..seem better on 10 lexapro?

Discuss w/ Dr: It's not exactly an issue of 'too much' serotonin, but except for that, you might be right to seek a consult about the dosages and perhaps even eliminate a Rx cautiously as possible. Please consider that adding CBT Tx optimizes outcomes w/ or w/out medication and makes good sense. Ask about a referral and dose reduction, etc. Best!
