Improv sleep hygiene: You could improve your sleep hygiene. This means you try to sleep everyday at the same time (~10:30pm). The bed is only for sleeping and not watching TV, internet. No meals 2 hours before bedtime. Also don't drink coffee or dark teas. Try instead warm milk. Sleep in a cool, dark room, without distractions (noise).
