Tired in the morning: You need to get sufficient hours of sleep. This means at least 8 and if possible more hours of sleep. Plan to get homework or other preparation late in the afternoon or early evening. Stop watching television or playing video games at least 1/2 hour before yoiu plan to go to bed, since light from screens lowers melatonin which helps the brain get to sleep. Avoid caffeine at night.
