Fruits, salads, walk: Prefer nuts, fruits, salads for snacking and avoid pizza/bread/fried foods. Also avoid using the elevator and take the stairs. If the distance is reasonable, walk or bike to school/work instead of driving/riding a car. Make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep daily. Control stress and avoid comfort foods.
