How long a visit ?: Depending on how complex the fillings are and how long your visit is, your dentist can probably put a filling in every tooth you've got. Not sure you would want to sit that long, but discuss your desires with your dentist.

As many: as you need or want.. Sometimes if the patient has cavities in all corners of the mouth, we , as dentists, will break the procedure up into quarters( quadrant dentistry) treating one quarter of the mouth at a time. hopefully you dont need too much work

Quadrant dentistry: You can get as many fillings as you want. However, quadrant dentistry is the best treatment approach for patients who need much dental treatment.

Is this a contest?: I have patients who want long appointment & request that all their needed restorative work be completed in one visit. Usually this is not a problem. It really depends upon the simplicity or complexity of the fillings. For example, I can do 8-12 fillings in the same amount of time I might require to do one single difficult one. Quality is what you really desire & this varies from dentist to dentist
