Sunglasses: Stainless steel shines when clean. Make sure to clean between the braces and the gum line. Make sure to clean between teeth. Consider using dental disclosing tablets. Ask your orthodontic specialist for orthodontic cleaning instructions and to rate your efforts.

Hard to keep clean!: If most people can't tell if their natural teeth are clean... ; natural teeth have only chewing surfaces, inside and outside gum/tooth interfaces ; the approximating walls "between the teeth" that need cleaning, how can they be expected to know if the five additional surfaces and the retaining wires that braces present are clean? Just brush floss and proxabrush daily and they will be "clean".
