Dr. Dinh Bui answered

Not much: A good oral hygiene regimen only requires brushing for less than 3 minutes a day (average) and flossing before bed time. That should be less than 10 minutes total of good oral hygiene. Brush your gum, with stroke parallel to gum or circular action to gum. Check with your dentist.

Vague: Do you physical demands of being a hygienist or the demands of keeping your teeth clean with proper home care? Many hygienist i know develop some wrist issues over the years due to the type of scaling and root planing that they do. Please rephrase question.
