What do you recommend if i had the hardest time maintaining good dental hygiene, how to help children brush their teeth right?

Good for you: Set aside same time twice every day and have a mandatory family brush-in. Brush 2 fill minutes by the clock (or play a song) with pea sized portion of fluoridated toothpaste on soft toothbrush. Daily flossing or use of Water Pik is mandatory. Fluoride mouthwash helpful. Best advice ask your Dentist/hygienist to create a personalized oral care program for your family.
