Not great: Those conditions are not common. Uncontrolled diabetes is also a factor to consider before placing an implant.

Always Possible: However, with good oral hygiene (soft brush & water pik) and absolutely no smoking, I would guess your chances are close to nil.

Very rare: Implants failure is less than 5% ( general speaking).
