Unrestorable # 2: Have the remaining roots extracted to prevent a possible infection. Replacement of the tooth will help with your mastication and lessen stress on the remaining dentition. Shifting of teeth may occur slowly over many years. Can't predict the future but experience shows you're better off having the tooth than missing it. All the best...

Depends: If there is no wisdom tooth present (#1), then a bridge is not possible and not usually indicated there anyway. Implant best to maintain bone , function, and stability of teeth. #3 and those forward might shift as well as # 30,31 below, due to no opposing contact. Get the implant and all the benefits from it for the next 70 years. Good Luck.

Speak with dentist: See your dentist for a complete evaluation of your occlusion. What is the status of tooth # 31. in reference to your bite? Has it migrated? Is tooth 1 and 32 evident? Many variables speak with dentist or surgeon.
