ENT Visit Required: Sure, a sinus infection/reinfection could be the cause; however, recurrence this soon, with "sharp pain" is not normal. Pain radiating to the teeth, is definitely a sign of either the primary etiology being a dental infection from the beginning, or maturation of a sinus infection, which could be either primary or secondary in nature. The Osteomeatal Complex is convoluted and needs evaluation.
