Why??: Not sure what you mean by wolf fangs but I assume you mean you want your Canine teeth (cuspids) longer and pointy. This can be done with crowns or perhaps just filing them down. Or you could ask for an appliance that goes over your teeth to give you that appearance. I bet if you talk to a few dentists and are willing to pay...you'll find one to fulfil your wishes...once you understand it all

You Can Ask...But...: Well, you certainly can ask, but very few dentists would be willing to do that for you, especially if you want them to be permanent. It would be much easier to find a dentist willing to make you a set of wolf fangs which you can wear and then remove again, for example when you're eating or brushing/flossing your teeth. This would be a similar appliance to what's used in movies sometimes.
