Understandable, yes.: Dentists are there to help people get better health and better life. Any live person is our interest. Once a patient was too overweight to walk to my chair, but we finally sat him and got things done. Your concern is rational as anyone who feels s/he is out of norm and requires a special care or arrangement would. Remember, we are here to take care of you, within or outside norm--toward healing!

No Problem: Your weight would only be an issue if you are so big that you couldn't get to the dentist, or that you couldn't comfortably fit into the dental chair and be reclined. Other than that, you should take care of your mouth and teeth just like everyone else: brush and floss regularly, eat a healthy diet, don't smoke, and visit your dentist regularly. Weight is rarely a problem. So, call today!
