Has fever n bumps in tongue. she doesn't want ro eat or drink anything?

Virus: This could be a virus. It is important to keep your daughter hydrated. Encourage her to drink, cold icy things are tolerated when the mouth is sore. Talk her to the pediatrician for evaluation.

Viral symptoms: Probably viral. Important to keep her hydrated (cool water may also be soothing). Call your specialist Pediatrician and report symptoms. She should be seeing a General Dentist or specialist Pedodontist since Age 1 who will have a baseline of her oral status, so also call him/her. Additionally, by Age 7 she should also have seen a specialist Orthodontist for initial screening exam.
