Much Too Little Info: You've already seen an oral surgeon,so what exactly do you hope from a doctor answering your question on this website?If you have doubts or questions that surgeon couldn't/wouldn't or didn't answer, best to get a second opinion from another oral surgeon(or maybe just a dentist).It would be near impossible to answer that question here. At best, it's a chronic infection. Doubtful cancer at your age
