When to get checked: An exam with your doc is in order. If you have fever or vomiting, go soon. Bloating and bad back pain may or may not be related. However, not able to bend over should get checked. Be well.

See your doctor: Large hiatal hernias can cause bloating an upper back pain. It's also possible your symptoms are unrelated. You should really see your doctor for a more thorough evaluation. The symptoms are fairly nonspecific.
