I try to get cardio in everyday. but with my ms i can usually only go for 10-20 minutes. will that still help me lose a few pounds?

Definitely exercise,: But get onto a more potent medication and get stabilized. Both tysabri (natalizumab) and Gilenya show potential to reverse some of ms problems, especially fatigue and cognitive issues. Not sure why you are taking gabapentin, as this causes some fatigue, and maybe you could benefit from ritalin, Nuvigil or modafanil instead. But discuss with your doctor. Please continue to exercise, it is of distinct value.

Opt for exercise: If you compare no exercise to doing 10-20 minutes a day, there should be a change in your body that is noticeable after a few weeks. Besides, I encourage you to do the exercise because it helps control the MS.
