This is not wise: Not sure what you mean by ivf (is it ivig?). Only other intravenous drug in this category is tysabri, (natalizumab) the most potent drug currently on the market. Ivig does not work for chronic ongoing ms, and should only be used if a relapse occurs in a pregnant lady. Sounds like you have both concerns and questions. Do you have a neurologist who can spend some time dealing with these?

Precon counseling : Sounds to me like you are thinking about conceiving and concerned about how your medications may affect a developing pregnancy. Ask your ivf doctor for a referral to a maternal fetal medicine doctor to review your medications and concerns. While there may be risks to your medications, the risk of flare may be very high if you stop abruptly.
