Let your primary : Care doctor know of your problems controlling your blood sugar. Watch your diet, and your pcp may check your hba1c blood level, then will have to change your medication regimen to assure better control.

Diabetes: Carb counting helps to determine Insulin dose. Get help from a dietitian. Your insulins might need titration too.
