Probably not: Insulin and C-peptide levels are mainly helpful in trying to figure out if someone with diabetes has type 1 or type 2 or in the evaluation of low blood glucosie. Since your glucose level looks fine especially if you were fasting you should not worry about the insulin and C-peptide levels.
